Strength & Conditioning, L.I.F.E, Youth, Pilates - we have you covered. Our group class numbers are capped at 12 to ensure maximum coaching time and program personalisation. It's almost like PT in a group setting. Regardless of your training background, mobility or fitness level, our coaches will provide a progression that suits you while still ensuring you hit the program stimulus. Circuit training tailored to our older members, who want to preserve or enhance their mobility, strength and independence. We focus on exercises that mimic daily life – so you will be strong and stable to lift heavy items, climb stairs, pull yourself up and so much more.
