Our Story
Everyone knows that fitness is good for you. At Temper we make it achievable. Training in a safe, supportive environment under passionate, experienced coaches, you'll achieve things you may never thought possible - maybe your first pull-up, a handstand, a box jump, a lifting PB, the possibilities are endless & we celebrate them all.
We have members from all walks of life – students, teenagers, parents, athletes, weekend warriors, employers and employees, individuals with short and long-term health concerns and everything in between.
Our Strength & Conditioning (T60) program offers two levels so whether you’re new to our style of training or a seasoned veteran, we’ve got what you need to push your limits. Within these levels we adjust to your needs, whether that be a movement you’re working towards, a modification to cater for an injury, or a more challenging variation to test your performance.
