The sessions will be run by Coach Kat Piro, who has been lifting for over 12 years, is an active member of the
Weightlifting Federation and current Temper coach.
Kat brings a huge amount of experience and an incredible eye for technique.
If you’ve ever wanted someone to break your lifts down step-by-step, she's your gal.
