We are a diverse and welcoming gym with a culture focused on safe, functional exercises & training for long-term health and wellbeing. We don't believe in one size fits all when it comes to training; our members are working at a pace & skill level that suits them, and we have all abilities represented across our classes. Our coaching team are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive; our members supportive & encouraging. We have no room for egos (but a little friendly competition never hurts), just honest work, and some fun along the way.

After rebranding & relocating to our current facility at St Agnes in 2019, Temper Strength & Conditioning has continued our mission to make training longevity & functional movement a reality for our members. A place where anyone can come and join in on the fitness fun, our members are a diverse group from all walks of life.
Whether you’re looking to establish a regular fitness routine, training for an event or life goal, or anything in between we can cater to your needs. We want you to leave feeling better than ever.
Our gym is clean, well equipped and spacious. We limit class sizes, so you will always have space to train safely, and the attention and guidance of your coach to tailor your workout. Our classes are tailored to differing fitness levels, so no matter whether you Rx or scale your workout, you will always leave feeling satisfied.
